The restaurant has a view of the countryside. Meadows and forests are right on our doorstep. On a clear day you will be able to see the Gölitzwände (rock formation) in Bad Blankenburg. Our closeness to nature is also reflected in our menu. All our dishes are freshly prepared, ranging from vegetarian to hearty Thuringian cuisine. We place great emphasis on the use of herbs, which we grow in our own herb garden. A special delight is our wide range of game dishes. These include of course the Thuringian dumplings, which we prepare according to Grandma’s recipe. Here you will find a small selection of our menu:
